Problem: 

In the organization, we were consistently encountering delays in project timelines due to a pervasive issue: team members lacking clarity regarding their roles and responsibilities at different stages of a project. 

This lack of role clarity led to a series of setbacks, causing disruptions in the workflow and adversely impacting project outcomes. The problem manifested in various forms, such as missed deadlines, miscommunication, and inefficiencies in task allocation. As a result, projects often experienced delays that hindered the ability to meet expectations, causing frustration among team members and impacting our competitive edge in the market. 

To address this issue, I spear-headed a workshop with stakeholders to come up with a comprehensive solution that fostered clear role definition, effective communication, and seamless collaboration among team members, ultimately ensuring the timely and successful completion of our projects.
